LDKS, known as Latihan Dasar Kepemimpinan Siswa, offers numerous benefits despite being exhausting. This activity provides valuable lessons in leadership and the qualities required to be a successful leader. However, it also comes with some negative aspects. One downside is the physical strain on the body, resulting in soreness, dirty clothes, and body odor. Nevertheless, the positive impacts outweigh the negatives. Personally, I have learned to value time more as it is equivalent to money. Additionally, this activity fosters unity among participants of the same generation and enhances our understanding of effective leadership, essential for shaping the future of Indonesia.
